rooted in where you are — reaching toward who you're becoming
every part of you belongs here
I work with individual adults and teens (13+) throughout the lifespan, who find themselves in challenging or transformative seasons of life. We begin with the understanding that whatever you are carrying, your system has been doing its best to protect you — and that change is possible.
Together we will explore your responses to life events, tend to past wounds, and deepen your relationship with yourself. We'll get curious about the parts of you that have worked hard to keep you safe — and gently create space for new ways of being, new patterns of connection, and a fuller sense of who you are.
I also have specialized training in working with neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD, autism, giftedness, and sensory processing differences — and I have a particular interest in working with adults who are coming to this understanding later in life. I also work with LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity, coming out, and the experience of living authentically in a world that doesn't always make that easy.
change happens in connection
Couples counseling is an opportunity to slow down, get curious about each other, and build something new together. Whether you are navigating conflict, disconnection, a major life transition, or simply a desire to deepen your bond — this work can help.
I work with all couples — married, partnered, dating, LGBTQIA+, and those navigating non-traditional relationship structures. My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which focuses on the emotional bond between partners as the foundation for lasting change.
EFT is one of the most well-researched couples therapy approaches available. It helps partners understand the cycles they get stuck in, identify the underlying emotions driving those cycles, and build new patterns of reaching for each other — rather than away.
I have specialized training in working with neurodivergent couples — including relationships where one or both partners have ADHD, autism, or other neurological differences. Neurodiverse couples often face unique communication and connection challenges that are frequently misunderstood or misdiagnosed as personality conflicts. With the right framework and support, these differences can become a source of deeper understanding rather than ongoing friction.
I also work with individuals within polyamorous or CNM relationships who are navigating the relational complexity that comes with those structures — communication, boundaries, jealousy, trust, and the ongoing work of tending to multiple connections with care and intentionality.
small shifts — wide ripples
Families rarely come to therapy because things are going well. They come because something has shifted — and nobody quite knows how to get back to each other. Whatever brings you in, I work with families of all shapes and sizes — however you define your family — with deep curiosity about each person's experience and genuine respect for the unique identity of each family.
In our work together, I'll be curious to explore how family, cultural, and relational systems may be impacting your lived experiences — and how each person's capacity for connection can grow and strengthen the whole. I have specialized training and experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ families, including families where a member is newly understanding themselves as neurodivergent or queer, families where neurodivergence or queer identity shapes how members communicate and connect, and families doing the ongoing work of building a shared language for who they are.
